Please could somebody let me know if this site is still running?
It contains a Biggin Hill Allotment page on which people are making enquiries regarding renting allotment plots – these are not being answered. The information on this page is also incorrect and out of date – if the site is now defunct, it must be made inaccessible so that people don’t unwittingly make allotment enquiries that will go unanswered.
Thanks.
With regard to your article on the ‘Blacksmith’s Arms Cudham. It is stated that Charles Watson who took over the pub in 1878 was the Town Crier and postal distributor for Bromley. The referred to Charles Watson was my grandfather. I would be grateful if you could tell me where this information was obtained from, as I have been unable, as part of my family history research, to confirm that either of the two facts stated relating to my grandfather are correct.
