I have been using McQueen Clean Window Cleaning for a year or so with the arrangement that they would come every 10 weeks but it is now 17 weeks or more. Also recently they have come on a different day, they used to come on a Thursday and would send message the evening before. However last time they came on a different day and left no message so they couldn’t get round hthe back of the house so could only clean the front.
I have been trying to ring the since last Thursday on both landline and mobile I even left a message but no one has got back to me!

I am one of your customers , I live at 16 Bourne house in buckhurst hill. I paid for my windows today and was told they would be clean soon , I had to go out , I saw a man cleaning windows across the road so when i returned half hour later my windows were just the same and no one was around and I have rang and left messages on the 2 numbers and no one has got back to me , so I hope that when you get this that you will phone and explain why ? 07851228359.
